Massage combined with Guided Chakra Meditation. A Holistic approach to wellness. State of enhanced relaxation While being massaged by our Certified Massage Therapist, our Certified Hypnotherapist will guide you into a Chakra Meditation. Meditation is when the mind has no forced thought. Where you listen with your heart. The relaxation that you experience is very powerfully theraputic. At all times the client is aware and awake yet, in a very deep state of relaxation. The session is 100% safe and effective. A complete mind and body experience performed by two Certified Therapist.
Chakras are 7 Engery Centers of which you will be guided during your Mediation to each chakra. You will open, balance and clear each chakra. Each Chakra has a location and a meaning. You will visualize these vortex lights and ground and balance your inner self through your chakra energy. Working with your chakras daily is recommended.
Benefits: Relaxation, Anxiety and Stress Release, Body and Mind Healing. Healing can speed up and you can feel physically and emotionally lighter during your session and will continue weeks after your session. Chakra Affirmations are given to allow a healthier inner self. This is a journey to your inner self in addition to your massage physically working on the inner body as well. It allows for you to connect with the inner being on a physical, mental, spiritual and emotional plane. To bring about lasting positive changes.
A Chakra Meditative state will allow you to let go of all stress, worry, anxiety and mind chatter. Visulization will ground you and allow you to walk tall and confident. The hands on touch of your massage and affirmations will energize your body and you will trust that the inner mind will know if and where you need healing.
Reiki Master begins the session with a relaxation technique and guides you with visulizations. The massage therapist begins your massage 15 minutes after the start of your meditation and balancing. Your massage will continue in combination of your chakra balancing guidence. Reiki Master will finish after 45 minutes and your massage will complete your 75 minute session.
